
César Barrientos, known as "El Jefe Goliat" and responsible for the security strategy "Blindar BJ" in the Benito Juárez mayor's office, bid farewell to his position, thanking all the authorities of SSC, the Prosecutor's Office, and government agencies, as well as the people who collaborated with him on the project.
In a farewell message, Barrientos expressed his gratitude to the neighbors for their support and affection during his time of service in Benito Juárez. He retires with pride and commitment, considering it an honor to have worked alongside people dedicated to the security and well-being of the community.
El Jefe Goliat highlighted the dedication, discipline, and effort demonstrated daily by his work team, both in operational and administrative tasks. He acknowledged that none of what has been achieved would have been possible without the professionalism and service vocation of all those involved, to whom he expressed deep thanks.
In his message, Barrientos mentioned: "I take away great experiences and, above all, the satisfaction of having shared this journey with such a valuable team." He concluded by expressing his gratitude to God, his children, mother, brothers, wife, mayor, and superiors, recognizing the joint work that allowed them to achieve significant accomplishments in security in Benito Juárez.
